BALANCE / TONE / SPACE
A plan for your project
Working with vocals over a stereo beat, separate instrument recordings or grouped stems? Tell us what you have. We’ll review the project and agree on the mixing work before starting.
The process
Describe your song, your rough mix and what you want the finished mix to feel like. Let us know which sounds or moments matter most.
We’ll confirm the scope, price, file preparation, included versions, feedback process and delivery dates in writing before work begins.
Review the mix against the agreed brief. Any extra work or change of direction is discussed before it changes the scope or price.
Before we begin
Pricing is quoted for your project after we review its scope. The quote sets out the work and deliverables before you commit.
Use the form to share your name, email and a description of your project. Song length, audio-file count, reference links and notes are helpful if available. Mention your deadline and anything you want to change or preserve. Please share links only at this stage; the form does not accept audio-file uploads.
Let us know whether your vocals are available as separate recordings. A stereo beat does not provide the same individual control over its instruments as separate audio tracks. We’ll confirm what work is possible before quoting.
We agree on the feedback process and revision terms in your quote. Clear, time-stamped notes help communicate what you want changed. New recordings or a different direction may change the scope.
Tell us your deadline in the first message. We’ll confirm availability and agree on review and delivery dates before starting.
Mixing and mastering are separate stages. Your quote will state whether it covers mixing only and clarify any mastering arrangements before work begins.
Your quote lists the delivery formats and included versions. Mention any instrumental, acapella, clean version or grouped-stem requirements in your inquiry so we can confirm them.
Mixing is a separate service. Recording licenses and personal listening downloads have their own terms and purchase pages.
